Mongo’s Sweet Revenge is the holiday beer with attitude.
The flavour profile is a full molasses ginger cookie blast up front with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg coming through.
This is then followed by a mild bitter crispness from the cascade and styrian golding hops and the roasty-goodness of the darker malts.
The aftertaste leaves molasses and ginger on the tongue with a heavy helping of nutmeg and cloves.
