Handcrafted and distilled from 100% rye and patiently matured for 12 years.
It remains true to its roots, developing a distinctive and complex profile, with the spiciness of Canadian rye balanced by oak and vanilla notes from a further second barreling at our Authentic Seacoast Distillery in Guysborough, Nova Scotia along the Eastern Shore.
