In the Glass
The Story
This Amarone uses the concentrated red-fruit and spice character of dried Valpolicella grapes while preserving a surprisingly lively finish.
The Producer

Vigneti di Ettore is a Valpolicella Classica producer with a preference for balance and detail in its traditional Amarone style.
Place & Terroir
Grapes from the Valpolicella Classica hills are dried before fermentation, creating concentration alongside the wine’s savoury acidity.
Perfect Pairings
Roast lamb, grilled beef, wild mushrooms or a savoury slow-cooked dish.
Serve around 16–18°C, with air for youthful structured bottles.
Worth Knowing
Amarone is fermented dry after grape drying, whereas the estate’s Recioto deliberately retains sweetness.
