This is a balanced pale ale brewed with millet, buckwheat and quinoa.
It has a sweet malt backbone with notes of floral and peach balanced with a light bitterness.
It pours a beautiful copper colour and has a crisp and bready aroma with an earthy hop and subtle fruit flavour.
